HOW DO I KNOW IF YOU RECEIVED MY ORDER?

 

You will receive an e-mail within 24 hours (during business days except for weekends and holidays) confirming your order and estimated shipping date.
 

HOW DO WE HANDLE DAMAGED GOODS?

 

We will be responsible for manufacturing damages on our goods. Products should be shipped back with a claim letter specifying all damages. Once we receive the product our customer service department will contact you to arrange a delivery day.
For carriers damages you are responsible for claim processing, please contact carrier immediately. Before we can make any adjustment, you must file the damage claim with the carrier. Be sure to save product packaging when return.
 

CAN THE PRODUCT BE RUSHED?

 

Normally the stock items are shipped within 24 hours. For non-stock items the shipment may take three to four weeks depending on the availability. To utilize express shipment contact customer service for a freight quote. We recommend FedEx Next Day/UPS Red as the most economical.
 

IS MY ORDER INSURED?

 

Your shipment from us is 100% insured against loss or manufacturing damage.
 

WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT CHOICES

 

We accept purchase orders by Visa, Master Card, and American Express. Prepayment with checks or money orders is also accepted. Please remit to Protection Concepts Corp. P.O Box 350192 Fort Lauderdale FL 33335-0192 or Fax 954-990-4033. If you wish you may print out your order and mail the order in with prepayment.
 

WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE BILLED?

 

Your credit card will be billed when your order is processed even if it is not going to ship for 3-4 weeks, as is the case with non-stock custom orders. Your charges should appear on your next statement.
